Brain Injury Awareness Week: 12th-18th August 2013

Next week marks the National Brain Injury Awareness Week (12th-18th August) and what is termed the Bang on a Beanie campaign.

There are over 600,000 people living with a brain injury in Australia.

In order to raise funds for accommodation options for young people and resources for families, merchandise and many different events have been created for us to show our support for those with a brain injury.

Events include ‘Bang on a Boa’ (Friday, 9th August) and ‘Bang on a Barbie’ ( at your own time and location). Plus there are loads of ‘Bang on a Beanie’ T-shirts and beanies for purchase.

Please visit for more information and to show your support.

There are many events around Brisbane and around Australia.
